My Story
At the time of writing this, I turn 20 next month, stepping into a new and exciting decade of my life. My dear friend Eleanor never got that chance. She lost her life to suicide at 20, barely entering her twenties, with so much ahead of her that she’ll never get to see.
I’m running the London Marathon for Mind in memory of Ellie. Mind is a mental health charity that provides support, information, and advocacy, and works to improve how mental health is understood and treated across the UK. Supporting them is my way to honour her and the amazing person she was, and help others who might be struggling.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, means a lot. Mind uses every contribution to support people who are struggling with their mental health, whether that’s through practical advice, advocacy, or improving services across the UK. I’m incredibly grateful for anything people choose to give.
