My Story

This year, I'm taking on the London Marathon to raise money for Steps Charity—a cause that's incredibly close to my heart.

My little boy, Stanley, was born with unilateral talipes (clubfoot). Like many parents, we faced uncertainty at first, but Stanley has shown amazing strength throughout his treatment. Watching his determination has inspired me to take on this challenge and give something back to the charity that supports families like ours.

Steps Charity provides invaluable advice, support, and reassurance to families navigating lower limb conditions, helping them feel less alone during what can be a daunting journey.

Running 26.2 miles won't be easy, but every mile will be for Stanley and for all the children and families who benefit from the incredible work Steps Charity does.
