TCS London Marathon Weekend 2027

We are Dementia UK – the specialist dementia nurse charity. 

Our nurses, called Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing support for families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. 

We believe that every family facing dementia should have the support of an Admiral Nurse – but right now, we can’t reach everyone who needs us. Your support will help grow the number of Admiral Nurses so they can offer a lifeline to more families living with dementia.
